Moana is a striking red smoke female and the daughter of our beloved Pawzilla I and one of our original queens, Tuna. She truly carries the Pawzilla legacy in both beauty and spirit.

When she was young, we did a kitten swap with another cattery, and Moana spent her early months there. Unfortunately, things didn’t go well on our end, so we requested to trade back. After some time, the other breeder agreed, and we completed a reverse trade to bring Moana home where she belonged.

Sadly, Moana arrived in poor condition. She was thin, struggling to eat, and suffering from severe digestive upset. Our trusted transporter, who was bringing her home, alerted us to her condition mid-trip, so we immediately drove to meet in Tennessee to get her back faster. After a vet visit, some testing, and a lot of love, Moana began to recover.

Today, she’s thriving—healthy, happy, and back to her radiant self. That experience taught us an important lesson, and we’ve decided never to participate in kitten trades again. Moana is a breath of fresh air on any given day, and we’re beyond grateful to have her back home. She’s truly a stunning and special girl.

🧡 Personality

Moana is a natural greeter! She’s always the first to meet you at the door and the first in your lap before you’ve even had a chance to sit down. She loves affection, head rubs, ear scratches, and being close to her people. Moana has one of the most gentle temperaments we’ve ever seen; she never shows a hint of grumpiness toward anyone, human or feline. This is especially rare for an unspayed female!

The only time she ever raises her voice is to remind me that it’s time for her favorite meal. She’s our sweet, affectionate chatterbox and an absolute joy to have in our home.
