Our Maine Coon kittens are in high demand, and we’re so thankful for the families who trust us. To ensure a fair and organized adoption process, we’ve created a structured waiting list that matches each kitten to the right home — no chaos, no confusion, just clarity and care.
Step 1
Submit Kitten Application
Fill out our Kitten Application to help us learn about your preferences, lifestyle, and what you’re looking for in a Maine Coon companion. The application helps ensure each kitten goes to a home that’s ready for the responsibility and joy of long-term cat ownership.
Step 2
Place a Deposit
Once approved, we’ll invite you to place a $100 non-refundable deposit to reserve your spot on our waiting list.
Your deposit applies toward the total cost of your kitten.
It’s valid for one year from the date received.
You’ll receive a contract and confirmation of your place in line.
This deposit holds your place on the list, but you’re never pressured to pick a kitten from a litter unless you’re ready. Skip a litter, and keep your spot!
Step 3
Watch for Your Turn
When kittens are born, we notify families in the order deposits were received.
You’ll get updates when moms are expecting, in labor, and once kittens arrive safely.
We allow time for the kittens to grow and stabilize before opening them up for selection (typically 2–4 weeks).
You’ll receive pictures, videos, and optional FaceTime calls to meet the litter.
📌 You will have 24 hours (flexible if needed) to choose a kitten or pass when your turn arrives. If you pass, your place in line remains valid as long as it’s within one year.

Waiting List Details & Policies
Your deposit will expire after one year. If you haven’t chosen a kitten by then, your name will be removed from the list and the deposit forfeited. Please make sure you are ready and wanting a kitten within a year of placing a deposit.
n rare cases where a kitten becomes ill or has a medical issue, we will inform you immediately. You’ll be offered the choice to:
transfer your deposit to another kitten,
wait for another litter, or
receive a full refund (in the case of vet-confirmed health concerns before go-home day).
Once you’ve chosen a kitten, the remaining $400 (to total $500) is due immediately. This deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable, unless a health concern arises.
You’re welcome to share preferences for gender, color, coat pattern, or polydactyl traits when you apply. We’ll keep those in mind when contacting you — but we can’t guarantee every trait will be available in each litter.
If your preferred kitten traits are not produced at all during your deposit year, we’re happy to extend your deposit for one additional year to give you a better chance of finding your perfect match.
However, if a kitten matching your original preferences is born and offered, but you choose to pass, your deposit will still expire on the original one-year date. We can’t extend deposits simply because you change your mind or decide to keep waiting after your preferences are met.
